Q: What ages do you work with?

A: I work with athletes with aspirations to play in college, as well as college and professional athletes.

Q: Do you work with parents?

A: Yes!

Q: How is this different from therapy or counseling?

A: Sport mental performance consulting is performance-focused, not treatment-focused. While therapists address mental health disorders, I help athletes strengthen mental skills to enhance performance. I will refer out if someone needs clinical support.

Q: How many sessions will I need?

A: It depends. I offer sessions in packs of 4 and 8, but custom plans can be created to address certain goals and needs

Q: Can we meet virtually?

A: Yes, I offer sessions via zoom or it can also be in person in the western PA area.

Q: Do you work with entire teams?

A: Absolutely. I offer custom workshops, team-building sessions, and season-long support for programs looking to grow their collective mindset and culture.

Q: Can you consult coaches too?

A: Yes. I support coaches with communication strategies, leadership development, and creating a mentally resilient team environment.

Q: Is sport psychology only for athletes with problems?

A: Not at all. Just like strength training isn't only for weak muscles, mental training benefits all athletes—whether you're in a slump or looking for a competitive edge.

Q: What if I’m not sure this will help me?

A: That’s totally okay. I offer a no-pressure consultation to talk about your goals and see if this approach fits your needs.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Rates vary depending on the service (individual, team, workshops). Please contact me for pricing and package options.

Q: How do I get started?

A: You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation by clicking  BOOK A FREE CONSULT  to see if we’re a good fit.
